We ship to nearly all address worldwide. We provide Free Shipping Worldwide for order over 60$.
The average processing time is approximately 1 to 5 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc because we have fulfillment and warehouse in Asia and Finland.
Some orders can take between 5-10 business days to process because of the long holiday period. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. However, in general, we always aim to provide the service to you as fast as possible. We know the pain of waiting for online package :)
We ship worldwide and have free shipping for the order over 60€. For many items, we offer free shipping to certain countries including USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Newzealand, and EU. As we choose the international economical shipping, please be noted that the tracking is sometimes not available for economical international shipping.
Because most of our products are heavy and fragile items, the shipping takes more time than other lightweight items. Please be patient with us.

*Please be aware that due to the extra holding time imposed by Canada Border Services Agency, standard international packages may take up to 3 months coming into Canada from our warehouses in Asia and Finland.
*Please be aware that due to Customs clearance, parcels to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Italy and other countries may be subjected to extra holding time.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment.
For selected items, we offer expedited shipping for extra charges. If your item is available for expedited shipping, you will be able to select it at checkout.
In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
Typically a courier provides very minimal or no direct shipping insurance for any package that is shipped. Therefore, we recommend buying shipping insurance from us on the "Check Out" page. Shipping Insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. We will reship your package immediately at no extra charge if the package is lost or damaged.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DAMAGES
Q - Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We love to please everyone happy, but sorry, we cannot support a change of mind! :) Besides, our boss Moon (our dog) works super hard to get your orders shipped as fast as possible. Moon loves hearing ‘ka-ching’, just kidding! As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, our Master Moon immediately processes the order to be shipped. We can only edit items if new items have similar price values. And in order to do so, you need to contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours after the order is confirmed. We will try our best to make you happy.
*Q - What is your return policy?*
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products!
We want you to love your experience with P.I.F Corner as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason why it didn't work out for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned order.
P.I.F Corner can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.pifcorner.com).
*Q - Can I exchange a product?*
Change of heart? Whyyy? Sorry, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. But we will offer you vouchers for the next purchase, okay?:)
*Q -I receive a faulty product!*
Oh no!!! So sorry in advance. Please send us the photos of proof when you receive the package, and we will give you a full refund. And again so sorry, our eyes are sometimes not sharp enough. We blame our boss, Moon da-dog. She boasts about having sharp eyes, but we doubt that.
If you are not happy with the product, please email us within 15 days since receipt date. We will do our best to make you happy again by sending you a full refund or partial refund. Please contact us if you have any issue or feedbacks before writing reviews:) We want to win you back!
*Q An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?*
Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear this! We will refund products which are broken or damaged during the shipping time. Please send us your photos of the proof, and we will process the refund. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we’ll be happy to help you!
*Q - How long does it take to receive the refund?*
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
